It was recently brought to the attention of the NPSA Board that some of our membership had “modified containers” (single units ground level offices) kicked off job sites for
non-compliance with local or state regulations. Another member was clearly advised by state officials that unless they were a licensed modular manufacturer, or worked for one, they could no
longer market modified containers.
As certain states are considering adopting regulations, we will also need to make sure that local membership gets involved contacting their elected officials and making sure that their voices
are heard.
